TWOMINDS FESTIVAL is located at Spencer Beach Holiday Park in Christchurch. The festival site is approximately 25 minutes drive from the CBD. A perfect balance of being far enough to escape the city to be surrounded by forest and beach, while also being close enough for those who would just like to make it a shorter day visit without staying overnight. 

 

Following are some details and advice on how to get to Twominds Festival.

Parking ( Free on site parking)

We will provide FREE onsite parking for those who wish to bring their own vehicle. The vehicles will be parked on site.

Bus Pass 

CITY: Return Bus Pass - Friday / Sunday

 

TO THE FESTIVAL: Departing 1 Carlyle Street to the Festival Site at 6pm on Friday 15th

 

FROM THE FESTIVAL: Buses will be departing the Festival Site to 1 Carlyle Street at 10am on Sunday 17th.



 

CITY: Return Bus Pass - Saturday

 

TO THE FESTIVAL: Departing 1 Carlyle Street to the Festival Site on rotation between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday March 16th, departing roughly every 30 minutes.

 

FROM THE FESTIVAL: Buses will be departing the Festival Site and will drop off to 1 Carlyle Street AND the Ilam Road Bus Stop between 11pm and 2.30am after the festival, departing roughly every 30 minutes.



 

UNI: Return Bus Pass - Saturday

 

TO THE FESTIVAL: ALL Buses will be departing the Ilam Road Bus Stop at 1pm on Saturday March 16th.

 

FROM THE FESTIVAL: Buses will be departing the Festival Site and will drop off to 1 Carlyle Street AND the Ilam Road Bus Stop between 11pm and 2.30am after the festival, departing roughly every 30 minutes.




 

IMPORTANT INFO:

 

  • The Uni bus a separate offering, where all buses will be leaving at the same time, at 1pm on Saturday

  • The City bus operates on rotation, departing roughly every 30 minutes between the allocated hours

  • When departing to the festival, arrive with enough time to find the person in charge of scanning your ticket to receive your wristband. Your wristband will allow you to get on your return bus home from the festival as well.

  • Bus passes can now be purchased from our ticketing site; twomindsfestival.flicket.co.nz

  • $20 for a return bus pass from UNI

  • $25 for a return bus pass for CITY

Rideshare

We will have a drop off zone for those who wish to use a rideshare service to travel to the festival site. As it is only 25 minutes away from the CBD this is a viable although likely more expensive option.
